Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Safely package the items in their original condition, including all technical documentation, lens caps, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship to Our Technicians

  Affix the provided shipping label and send the package to our service center where our experts will verify the condition of the electronics and mechanical components.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the inspection is complete, we will process your full refund or store credit to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
